Do we have any items in our bakery for same day walk-in purchase?

No, we currently do not have any items that you can pick up in store without advanced notice. The only time that we may have a case full of items is for Valentine's Day. We will post on our website the dates and times that all of these items will be available. We make everything to order, and therefore do not have any extra items on hand to sell. 

Do I need a deposit to place my order? 

Yes, we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount when you place any order. This deposit is non-refundable. If you pay in full and need to cancel we will refund 50% of the total amount if you let us know 48 hours in advance. If you cancel after the 48 hours, your money will not be refunded. 

If I damage the product once I have left the bakery, can I get my money back?

Once the product leaves our facility in present condition we will not refund any money. If you have another issue with your product, please give us a call or email us and we will be happy to discuss your options. 

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We are currently asking for 1 weeks notice for all orders. If you are placing an order for an intricate custom cake we ask for at least 2 weeks notice.

Do we make any items for same day or next day pickup?

No, we currently require 1 weeks notice for all items, including cupcakes and macarons.

Do we make any gluten free items? 

We currently only make macarons and flourless chocolate cake. We do not have any designer cakes or cookies that are gluten free.

Do we make any vegan items?

We currently do not make any vegan items. All of our items contain eggs, butter, and/or heavy cream.

Do we use any nut products in our bakery?

Yes, we currently use peanut butter, almond flour, and pecans. 

Do we make any sugar free items?

We do not currently make any items that are sugar free.

Do we have any free samples?

We do not have any free samples. We make every item to order only, and we typically do not have any extra product to sample.

Do we have cake toppers?

We currently do not have any cake toppers. The only items we have in the bakery for quick purchase are candles.

How should I transport my cake?

All cakes should have a clear space on the floor of your car for transport. It is best to have it on the floor and not in someone's lap or on top of a seat. Please make sure that the car is very cool before coming into the bakery to receive your cake, especially for a stacked cake. We recommend putting your cake in a fridge immediately when you arrive at your destination for at least 30 minutes, especially in the hotter months.
